Will a proof be provided?
Digital proofs are available prior to check-out when using or online id card badge maker.
For bulk orders exceeding 50 id cards, we can provide a physical sample via mail and digital proof via email. shipping is paid by the customer.

What are the card dimensions?
All the cards currently used to print our ID Cards are made from composite materials to resist heat and warping and measure 2.25″ x 3.50″
What is the turnaround time?
Standard shipping 3-5 business days within the continental USA.
Expedited shipping 1-3 days within the continental USA.
International standard shipping 10-15 business days.
Do you accept international orders?

Shipping to Canada has a $25.00 add-on and we ship via FEDEX. This ensures us that your orders arrive quickly and safely and does not get detained by border customs.
Shipping to The rest of the world has a variable shipping cost depending on what part of the world you’re in. Prices range from $32 – $80
FedEx or UPS Accounts welcomed: Do you have a carrier account you want us to us? we can ship your products for you using your own account with your permission and authorization.

Design Fee is based on per hour bases: 1 hour = $85.00
Will my designs be saved for future orders ?
Yes, All your designs are saved in our database.
