Service Provider Portal Setup
Service providers are external organizations or contractors who perform some sort of service to your organization, such as a construction contractor, supplier, or consultant. CloudBadging Location Management includes the ability to create a portal for your contractors to manage their own organization information and members such as contact info, members, and insurance. Your Contractor Management Setup Service includes creating and configuring a service provider portal to allow your contractors to manage their records, insurance policies, and roles so that you don't have to. We will configure which service providers have access to the portal and upload your Terms of Use. We can also configure the portal to show what eligible information your providers can see, what they are allowed to edit, and what is hidden from them depending on your needs.
Insurance Management & Policy Expiration
Recording contractor insurances and ensuring that the correct people are aware when an insurance policy document is set to expire is important to minimizing risk for your organization. With your Contractor Management Setup, we will configure your account to notify you when one of your contractor's insurance policies is nearing expiration. We will configure your policy expiration notifications to notify the internal employees of your choice as well as the contractor or policy owner if desired.
Contract Induction & Training
Do you need to supply training to your contractors and have them acknowledge them? CloudBadging Location Management allows you to educate your visiting contractors on your policies and procedures before they can finish checking in. They can be required to review specified training on a one time or reoccurring basis. Your setup includes the configuration of up to 10 slides of e-learning or education courses as well as the alerts and upcoming renewal dates to go along with them.

Each contractor management setup includes an hour dedicated to reviewing your account and training you how to make future changes, run reports, and answer any question you may have.
