With the free mobile app (available from the Apple Store and Google Play for iPhone and Android phones and tablets), your cardholders have control over their information and can update it as needed, making it easier to update information including names and job titles.
Users can also use their phone to take a photo and load it into the app, so you don't have to spend the time setting up a photo studio and taking photos for new cards.
After your user's update information in the app, your data is stored on the cloud and synced with the desktop application (for PC only), so you can access information from anywhere at any time.
EasyBadge Lite Edition
Choose the Lite edition if your organization needs basic card design and database options – perfect for smaller organizations.
EasyBadge Lite edition features:
- Limit of 1 database
- The database holds 100 records
- Easy card design wizard
- Batch printing
- Magnetic stripe encoding
PLEASE NOTE: EasyBadge Lite has a built-in database that holds 100 records. Once the 100-record limit is reached the records cannot be edited, replaced, or re-added.
EasyBadge software makes it easy to design cards and set up your database with a step-by-step wizard to get you started. There is also a detailed FAQ feature with answers to the most common questions that include “do it!” and “show me” options with more details.
EasyBadge Professional Edition
Choose the Professional edition if you need advanced database options, or to store more than 100 records – perfect for larger organizations.
EasyBadge Professional edition features:
- Unlimited databases
- Unlimited cardholder records
- Easy card design wizard
- Batch printing
- Magnetic stripe encoding
With the Professional edition, you can connect multiple external databases including MS Access, MS SQL, MySQL, ODBC, and Oracle. Professional also allows you to store photos, signatures, and images in the database.
